Client Support Technician

I perform routine system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups, as well as install and configure software, operating systems, and antivirus programs. My responsibilities include setting up and maintaining computers, printers, servers, and other peripheral devices while troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues through support tickets or phone calls. I provide both first- and second-level technical support to end-users, which involves resetting passwords, unlocking user accounts, and addressing recurring technical issues to improve system stability. Additionally, I educate users on IT best practices and the proper use of software and hardware.
